Gina Wilkerson is a paralegal in the litigation department at Gunster. Gina handles all aspects of discovery, management of document databases, document production, drafting of pleadings, deposition preparation, research, hearing and trial preparation, including organization of trial exhibits, deposition designations and demonstrative summaries for use at trial. She has assisted in state, federal and appeals courts and in the Division of Administrative Hearings.

Gina earned her Associate’s Degree in Pre-Law, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She is a nationally certified paralegal and a Florida Registered Paralegal with more than 20 years of experience in a variety of areas of law and a concentration in litigation.
