Overview

Robin Goldston is a Florida Registered Paralegal with more than three decades of legal experience. She is a member of the firm's Tax and Corporate practice groups. She assists attorneys and clients by preparing documentation for the adoption, amendment and termination of defined contribution and defined benefit pension and 403(b) plans, as well as submission of same to the IRS if required.

Robin also assists attorneys and clients by preparing documents in connection with corporate governance and general corporate matters, including the formation, qualification, amendment, dissolution, withdrawal and merger of entities; minutes of meetings of shareholders, directors, managers and members, as well as other general corporate documents. In addition, she prepares audit opinion letters and assists with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) forms and filings.
