Yusif Allotey is a senior corporate litigation paralegal with over 17 years of experience in a variety of settings including private wealth and construction defect matters. Yusif assists his colleagues with the formation, organization and governance of business entities, as well as reorganizations and corporate matters. Yusif provides support with respect to business entity and transactional matters for multiple practice groups including Corporate, Private Wealth Services and Business Litigation.

Prior to joining Gunster, Yusif served as a senior construction litigation paralegal responsible for reviewing contracts for commercial and residential construction projects regarding indemnity. He drafted and filed pleadings with state and federal courts, performed legal research, and drafted litigation assessment reports for clients and insurance carriers in preparation for mediation and trial. He also drafted a 558 Notice for construction defect and tender matter involving subcontractors and insurance carriers for indemnification.

In addition to English, Yusif is fluent in Ghan, Arabic and Spanish.
