Greg Munson, Shareholder | Greg Munson is a shareholder with the firm and represents regulated industries in the industrial, agricultural, mining, and utility sectors in all areas of state and federal environmental law. He represents clients before Florida’s executive branch agencies, the state’s water management districts, the Division of Administrative Hearings, the Florida governor and cabinet, EPA, and the Florida Legislature.

Luna Phillips, Shareholder | She leads the firm’s Environmental practice. Prior to joining the firm, Luna was a senior attorney for the South Florida Water Management District and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Luna practices exclusively in the area of water and natural resources law before state and federal agencies. Her practice includes assisting large scale developers, agricultural entities, public and private companies, as well as individuals in a wide range of water related issues.

Debbie Madden, Shareholder | Debbie represents a broad range of clients, including developers, agricultural interests, utilities, mining interests, and public and private companies. Debbie brings extensive experience to providing legal support for client permitting and litigation matters involving water resources, wetlands, water supply, state and federal listed species issues, mitigation banking, state submerged lands and coastal construction.

Eric Olsen, Shareholder | Inside and outside of Florida, Eric assists myriad business and individual clients on environmental law and regulatory matters. A Florida native, for nearly three decades Eric has focused his practice on wetland regulation, mitigation banking, stormwater regulation, consumptive use or water use permitting, water supply and underground injection control. Beginning as a St. Johns River Water Management District in-house attorney, Eric’s background allows him to offer his clients an agency-experienced understanding of how agency staff evaluate regulatory issues which helps clients resolve those issues.

Timothy Riley, Shareholder | Timothy is dedicated to helping businesses, from highly regulated industries and across Florida and beyond, to solve their problems with and through government. Timothy’s clients range from investor-owned utilities, oil and gas exploration companies and mining operators to commercial real estate developers and telecommunications companies. He advises on governmental relations and administrative law matters and advocates client objectives before local, state and federal regulatory agencies, as well as in judicial courts and administrative proceedings.

Alex Kernan, Government Affairs Consultant | With over a decade of legislative, executive, and political experience, Alex focuses on client support in legislative and public policy, as well as providing clients with guidance on the integration of government relations, communications, and issue management.
