Press Release

Best Companies to Work For Florida 2024 BadgeGunster, one of Florida oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to have once again been named among Florida Trend's Best Companies To Work For in 2024. This marks the eighth year in a row that Gunster has attained the recognition, underscoring the firm's commitment to fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment that not only attracts top-tier talent but also nurtures their growth and development.

The Best Companies to Work For program is a highly respected accolade managed by Florida Trend and Workforce Research Group, and endorsed by the HR Florida State Council. Each year, the program identifies and recognizes the 100 best employers across the state of Florida. The rigorous selection process involves a thorough company assessment that evaluates policies, practices and demographics, alongside a completely anonymous employee survey that measures satisfaction and engagement.

In the survey, one employee mentioned, "The culture of this organization is extraordinary. I have worked in many organizations, and I've never encountered one with as positive, inclusive, and supportive as this one. Our leadership demonstrates great trust in us, and is greatly trusted by us." Another stated, "There is a very supportive work culture here. Everyone works together to accomplish a common mission and is willing to step up and help out when the unexpected happens and you need a helping hand." Yet a third survey respondent commented "People like working for Gunster because it offers them the opportunity to do the same high-octane, high-profile work as the nation's largest law firms, but they still afford their employees the opportunity to feel like much more than a number."

Gunster's CEO and managing shareholder, Bill Perry, shared, "We are proud to have received this accolade for the eighth year in a row. Our continual presence on this list is a testament to our firm's focus on employee well-being and success in building a collaborative and inclusive culture that empowers every member of the firm to excel."
