Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that the firm’s CEO and managing shareholder, Bill Perry, has once again been named to Florida Trend‘s Legal Elite Notable Managing Partners list. This is the second year that Bill has achieved this distinguished honor.
Florida Trend selected Perry as one of only 109 managing partners of leading law firms statewide following scores of nominations and a rigorous editorial review. The result is this year’s second annual list of difference makers who have had a significant impact not only in local, state, national and global legal arenas, but as mentors within their offices and as volunteers throughout their communities. Perry is recognized as being truly different in terms of goals, accomplishments, and the firm he guides.
Under Perry’s leadership over the past 16 years, Gunster has continued to grow and strengthen its full-service business law platform, and now has nearly 300 attorneys in its 12 networked statewide offices. Perry maintains an active real estate and business law practice while managing daily operations of the firm. He has brokered some of the most significant commercial and residential real estate deals and worked on projects that strategically shaped South Florida, including power plants, airports and large residential communities.
Perry is active in a number of civic and community organizations, and is a past chair and vice chair of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County.
