Lauren Purdy, Gunster's Jacksonville Office Managing Shareholder, was recently interviewed by Jacksonville Business Journal regarding the city's economic boom and its impact on the legal market. Purdy highlighted the increasing complexity of legal needs as businesses in Jacksonville grow and evolve, necessitating more sophisticated legal counsel.

Lauren Purdy serves as Gunster’s Jacksonville Office Managing Shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s Appellate practice. She advises local, national and multinational clients in a wide array of business disputes in both state and federal courts. Lauren’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, transportation and professional liability matters at both the trial and appellate court levels. She also serves as one of the firm’s Loss Prevention Partners where she assists the firm’s general counsel with internal loss prevention issues. Lauren previously served as vice chair of Gunster’s Business Litigation Practice Group.
