Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, today announced that Grant W. Kindrick has joined the firm’s Private Wealth Services practice as a shareholder in its expanding Tampa office.
Kindrick is an experienced trial lawyer with extensive experience in numerous high-profile private wealth litigation matters in circuit court, federal court, probate court, state and federal appellate courts, arbitration proceedings and administrative proceedings. With a diverse range of experience, Kindrick focuses on trust and estate litigation, fiduciary litigation, and guardianship.
Kindrick’s clientele primarily includes high-net-worth individuals and their family members, trustees, and beneficiaries, but he also represents charitable institutions and private foundations as beneficiaries.
