Roger Feicht HeadshotRoger Feicht is a board-certified litigator who counsels clients in diverse industries regarding employment law issues and pending or potential litigation. He regularly represents employers and employees in matters relating to allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and disputes over non-competition or non-solicitation agreements. In addition to employment litigation, Roger helps clients facing threatened or pending litigation in a variety of complex commercial cases, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, and shareholder disputes.


Holly Goodman HeadshotAs a board certified labor and employment attorney, Holly Griffin Goodman focuses her practice on counseling clients, from small businesses to large institutions, in everyday employment matters. Starting with the hiring process through discipline and termination, Holly’s goal is to help businesses manage their employees, and balance the interests of the business with obligations under federal, state, and local employment laws. Her clients range from industries across the spectrum including insurance, telecommunications, sports and entertainment, healthcare and hospitality.


Brian M. McPherson is a shareholder who leads Gunster’s Labor & Employment practice. An experienced business and employment law litigator and counselor, Brian has handled complex employment and commercial lawsuits and arbitrations all across Florida. Brian has represented a multitude of businesses and executives in a vast array of actions involving most of the Federal and Florida employment laws. He draws upon his litigation experience to counsel and assist clients with achieving their operational goals throughout Florida.


Joseph Santoro HeadshotJoseph Santoro serves on the firm’s board of directors. He is one of the founding members and, for more than a decade, served as the chair of Gunster’s Labor & Employment practice. Joe is an experienced trial lawyer who represents clients in courts throughout the country in a variety of high-profile litigation matters including complex partnership disputes, fiduciary litigation, contract litigation, corporate theft and employee embezzlement, misappropriation of corporate opportunity claims, and numerous other significant business related litigation matters where he has obtained multimillion dollar jury verdicts and arbitration awards in favor of clients.
