A Gunster team led by attorneys Dylan Coons, Joe Chase and Brian Carr recently represented Flagger Force, a Blue Sea Capital portfolio company, in connection with its acquisition of Florida Temporary Traffic Control (Florida TTC). Other Gunster team members who assisted with the transaction include Craig Behrenfeld, Freddie Brackin, Holly Goodman and Brad McPherson.
South Florida-based Florida TTC is a provider of short-term traffic control services and equipment rentals to public utilities and telecommunications providers.
The acquisition of Florida TTC allows Flagger Force to expand its presence in the South and Central Florida markets.
Dylan Coons advises businesses and business leaders on all stages of the business life cycle. He specifically focuses his practice on representing companies in mergers and acquisitions and other complex commercial transactions. He also advises founders on entity formation, issuers and investors in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, entrepreneurs on joint venture and partnership arrangements, and business leaders on corporate governance and other corporate law matters.
Joseph Chase serves as head of Gunster’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity team. He is dedicated to serving as a trusted advisor to business owners, private equity firms, companies in a wide range of industries, and other clients. He represents clients in connection with sales and purchases of businesses and general business and corporate matters.
Brian Carr is an associate in Gunster’s West Palm Beach office and a member of the firm’s Corporate practice. Brian has experience representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies across a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, divestitures, sell-side deals and growth equity investments. Prior to law school, Brian practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for a global professional services firm.
