Bowers is a probate litigator and estate planner in Gunster’s Private Wealth Services practice. She practices exclusively in fiduciary litigation, estate planning and estate and trust administration. She joined the firm in 2016 and holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and additionally holds an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida.

Holly GriffinHolly Griffin Goodman | Labor & Employment | West Palm Beach
Goodman’s practice focuses primarily on counseling clients, from small businesses to large institutions, in every day employment matters. She helps employers protect their interests by preparing and updating employment forms, policies and procedures to comply with state and federal law, including employee handbooks, employment applications and employment related agreements. She came to Gunster in 2014 and holds a B.A. from the University of West Florida and a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.

Nathan HillNathan W. Hill | Business Litigation | Orlando/West Palm Beach
Hill joined Gunster in 2013 after a two-year clerkship with a federal district court judge. He returned to the firm in 2019 after serving for more than three years as a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida. Hill now practices primarily in federal court and has represented clients in a variety of matters, including defense of professional liability claims and civil enforcement proceedings and white-collar criminal defense. He holds a B.A. as well as a M.A. from the University of Central Florida and a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.

She joined Gunster in 2012 and holds a B.S. from the University of Florida and a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Tim McGinnTimothy J. McGinn | Business Litigation | Miami
McGinn’s practice focuses on the litigation and resolution of complex civil disputes. He has experience defending corporate clients against breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, antitrust, civil racketeering, and securities fraud claims in federal and state courts. McGinn has also spearheaded clients’ investigations of alleged insider trading, self-dealing, and other financial misconduct. He joined Gunster in 2017 and holds a A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law.

Purdy advises local, national and multinational clients in a wide array of business disputes in both state and federal courts. Purdy’s experience in trial and appellate courts includes the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in jury trials, bench trials and arbitration hearings.
