The African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida will be hosting a Political Hob Nob event on Aug. 11, 2016, at the Ballroom at Church Street in downtown Orlando. Update: photo from event added below.
The chamber’s Political Hob Nob event was created for central Florida’s black-owned businesses and the surrounding community to have the opportunity to meet with local, state and national candidates. This is an opportunity for the community to learn about a specific candidates’ platform and to connect the candidates with their constituents. For candidates, it gives them an opportunity to meet people face-to-face and explain what they are trying to accomplish and how this will benefit the community.

One of Gunster‘s corporate lawyers, Earnest DeLoach, will be the master of ceremonies at this event.
