from Tampa International Airport

• Head northeast on George J Bean Inbound Parkway/George J Bean Parkway. 
• Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Tampa and merger onto I-275 Northbound.
• Take the Downtown West exit (Exit 44) which is the Ashley Drive exit.
• Keep right at the fork and follow signs for Ashley Drive.
• Continue on N Ashley Drive to the Bank of Tampa Building.
• Take elevator to Suite 700.
