Gunster’s banking and financial services law practice was recognized recently in a national ranking of top merger and acquisition legal advisers by the publication American Banker.
In its August 12 issue, American Banker listed the top lead advisers for domestic bank and thrift merger deals announced in the first half of 2013. Gunster was ranked #17 in the U.S. by number of deals and #41 in the U.S. by dollar value of the deals.
No other law firm based in Florida handled more bank and thrift merger and acquisition deals during the first half of 2013.
