Gunster is proud to welcome attorney Mario Garcia-Serra to its Miami office.

Mario Garcia-Serra joins Gunster’s environmental and land use law practice and will work out of the firm’s Miami office.

Mr. Garcia-Serra will focus his practice on land use and zoning law, and government affairs. He has a broad range of experience representing clients before local, regional, state and federal government boards and regulatory agencies.

Additionally, Mr. Garcia-Serra is a former member of the Latin Builders Association board of directors, the largest Hispanic construction association in the United States. He also sat on the board of directors for the Harvard Club of Miami and the Salvadoran American Humanitarian Foundation, and is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association.

He received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002, and his B.A. in government/political science from Harvard University in 1998.

Awards include being listed in industry publications such as Chambers USA and Florida Super Lawyers.
