The 2012 Essentials Seminar hosted by the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals is approaching and, we are pleased to announce that Gunster Shareholder David Scileppi will be speaking on a panel during the three-day program. The seminar will cover fundamentals of corporate governance and the role of the corporate secretarial function for those working for public, private and non-profit companies.

Scileppi will be speaking on February 2nd from 1:30-2:30pm regarding regulation and disclosure issues for public companies. As the co-chair of Gunster’s Securities and Corporate Governance Practice, he focuses his practice on public company issues.
