Gunster, PLI and Yale Law School are sponsoring a scholarship initiative for minority students. Twenty scholarships will be awarded to local New York City area law schools. The initiative is called “Changing the Faces of Securities Law”, began Cheif Justice Myron Steele of the Delaware Supreme Court, and was developed by securities litigation attorneys Curtis Alva and Linda Conahan of Gunster. The goal is to partner students with Institute faculty and attendees to expose more minority law students to corporate and securities law and to network with practicing attorneys.
