Gunster attorney, Kellie M. Humphries, will be co-presenting along with Haskell’s General Counsel, Jeff Miller, at the Design-Build Institute of America Florida Annual Conference on Friday, October 2, 2020. Their discussion will cover “Critical Provisions in Owner/Design-Builder Contracts”.
