Water Choices I, II and III all looked at water challenges facing the state of Florida. During Water Choices III in Jacksonville, a common theme emerged from the conversation that centered on using public-private partnerships for innovative ways to be solutions driven. Water Choices IV will focus on how public-private partnerships have been used in the past and how implementation of public-private partnerships can be used to address water issues in the future.
