On June 11, 2021, Gunster will sponsor the The 2021 Annual Florida Bar Convention Judicial Luncheon: State of the Judiciary Address. This is one of the many events that the Florida Bar is hosting as part of its convention.
Of note, Gunster shareholder Michael G. Tanner will be sworn in during the convention as the 73rd president of The Florida Bar. A well-respected leader with more than thirty years of experience, Mike practices complex litigation, appellate and election law.
The Florida Bar is the organization of all lawyers licensed by the Supreme Court of Florida to practice law in the state. Its core functions are to regulate the practice of law in Florida; ensure the highest standards of legal professionalism in Florida; and protect the public by prosecuting unethical attorneys and preventing the unlicensed practice of law.
