On May 10th, the 2024 Council Recognition Banquet will honor the 2023 Brad Valdyke Eagle Scout Class and also the 2024 Jeff Jonasen Silver Beaver Class, named after Gunster attorney Jeff Jonasen.
This annual event brings together Scouts and Scout families throughout Central Florida to honor last year’s Class of Eagle Scouts for achieving the highest rank in Scouting. The organization will also recognize outstanding adult Eagle Scouts with the National Outstanding Eagle Scout Award, and local Scouters for their contributions to the Scouting program with the Silver Beaver Award, the highest council-level distinguished service award of the Boy Scouts of America.
Jeff Jonasen has, for more than two decades, advised and counseled business owners, executives and boards of directors concerning their business and commercial transactions, their financings and acquisitions, their corporate governance responsibilities, and their other legal and regulatory obligations. His objective is to assist clients in achieving their goals and to help them avoid obstacles to success.
Jeff is a shareholder who joined the firm in 2013, and he focuses his practice on corporate representation, licensing and distribution, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and corporate finance and securities.
