Gunster shareholder John Cole and attorney Megan Moon are proud to sponsor the Young Lawyers Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association’s 2019 Annual Golf Tournament “Chippin’ in for Charity” on October 10 at the Jacksonville Beach Golf Club at 12pm.
The tournament benefits Learn to Read Jacksonville. This non-profit organization is dedicated to improving adult literacy in Duval County. Since 1969, Learn to Read Jacksonville has served adults 16 years of age or older in Northeast Florida who want to improve reading skills or learn to read. Relying almost entirely on volunteers and operating primarily on community and grant funding, Learn to Read Jacksonville is a grassroots, 501(C)3 organization with accreditation from ProLiteracy. Through community support, Learn to Read provides literacy tutoring, free of charge, to over 500 students each year.
Moon is on the board of governors as an ex officio member for the Young Lawyers Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association.
