The grand opening of Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience is December 3 through 8.
Today, the Palm Beach Post published a special section, “We Are Max Planck” celebrating the institute and its impact on the region.
Gunster shareholder Michael Mitrione is pictured in the Max Planck Florida Foundation’s donor spotlight section beginning on page 15. Mitrione is a member of the institute’s Financial Advisory Committee and on the Foundation’s Board of Trustees and Steering Committee. Here is an excerpt of what he had to say:
“The research conducted at the Max Planck Florida Institute is vitally important to the advancement of science around the world, and the Institute itself has already become a major asset to Florida’s economy and educational system.”
