–Will Serve as Co-chair for Special Environmental Section–
Fort Lauderdale, FL (September 22, 2009)-Robert Malinoski, as associate for Gunster, Attorney at Law in Fort Lauderdale, has been appointed co-chair for the Pollution Assessment, Remediation, Management and Prevention Committee for the Florida Bar Environmental and Land Use Law Section (ELULS).

This committee is a forum for lawyers and consultants working in those areas of environmental law that involve environmental contamination, hazardous substance management, and environmental contamination, hazardous substance management, and environmental risk minimization. The Committee is committed to providing members with opportunities to stay on top of current developments in this area, including new regulations, case law, and technology, and to participate in ELULS activities such as seminars, networking events, and the section reporter.

Malinoski concentrates his areas of practice in environmental law, administrative law, environmental litigation, contamination and remediation issues and environmental counseling.
