Fort Lauderdale, FL (October 2, 2009)-David C. Scileppi, an associate for Gunster, Attorneys at Law in Fort Lauderdale, has been named one of Florida Trend’s Up and Comers for 2009 for the third year in a row. This recognition is the result of fellow Florida attorneys naming the best and upcoming attorneys who exhibit leadership in the law and in their local communities. Eligible attorneys have practiced law for no more than 10 years or are less than 40 years of age.
Scileppi, who concentrates his practice in the areas of banking and financial services and corporate and securities law, was named a Florida Super Lawyer Rising Star 2009 and is a member of Leadership Broward Class of XXVII. He is also co-founder of Orbis USA, Inc., a community service organization for local professionals who are dedicated to the growth and viability of the local economy. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2002 and is also a certified public accountant.
