WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (July 6, 2009) – Robert H. Arzonetti, an associate and corporate attorney at Gunster, Attorneys at Law, in its West Palm Beach office, has been appointed chairman of the newly formed Business Law Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. The committee was formed in response to members seeking additional initiatives targeted to business attorneys. Arzonetti also was recently appointed treasurer of the Palm Beach Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where he has served as a board member for the past year.

Arzonetti concentrates his practice in securities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.  Fluent in German and Dutch, he earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Duke University, his juris doctor from University of Texas at Austin School of Law, and his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law. Arzonetti has been designated a certified public accountant in Florida and Virginia, and is admitted to practice law in Florida and North Carolina.
