Gunster attorney Robert Hackleman spoke to a reporter at the Daily Business Review about the recent resolution of Jupiter-based Dyadic International Inc.’s malpractice claims against Ernst & Young.
According to the Daily Business Review article, Dyadic knew it was losing its arbitration against Ernst & Young in November of last year; the final award was approved by a Palm Beach Circuit Court judge on July 3.
Hackleman, who defended Ernst & Young, indicated that the time for appeal of the award has passed.
Dyadic appears now to be going after several law firms; a lawsuit against them was filed July 18, the article reports.
