WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (February 13, 2008) — Joseph G. Santoro, a shareholder at Gunster Yoakley in its West Palm Beach office and co-chair of its Labor and Employment Practice Group, has received the prestigious “AV Rating” from Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review Rating system. Santoro concentrates his practice in labor and employment litigation and counseling, including representing companies in employment discrimination disputes about race, religion, national origin, disability and sexual harassment; claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act; private and public whistle-blower claims; minimum wage and overtime claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act; non-competition, confidentiality and trade secret matters; and the representation of management in disputes before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Florida Commission on Human Relations and National Labor Relations Board.
