Ft. Lauderdale, FL- September 3, 2008: Gunster Yoakley attorney Robert Malinoski recently addressed the 22nd Annual Environmental Permitting Summer School on Marco Island. His presentation was titled “Taking Environmental Issues to Federal Court: Emerging Trends in Florida” and focused on the various eco-sensitive issues that have become more complex and high-profile in the past year.
Malinoski, an associate in the firm’s litigation department based in its Fort Lauderdale office, concentrates his practice on environmental law, litigation and counseling, contamination and remediation issues, as well as administrative law. He earned his J.D. at the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. and M.S. degrees at Louisiana State University.
