MIAMI – September 23, 2008 – Alan S. Lederman has joined Gunster Yoakley, one of Florida’s largest full-service law firms, as a shareholder in the firm’s Tax Law Practice Group in Miami. He will focus on general and international taxation as well as securitization and structure finance.
