Pappas Metcalf Jenks & Miller PA is winding down business and the attorneys in the firm are joining the law firm Gunster.
Details of the merger with the Jacksonville-based law firm were not disclosed.
The 10 attorneys at Pappas Metcalf Jenks & Miller will join Gunster’s the real estate and environmental and land use practices.
Gunster is a West Palm Beach-based law firm with eight offices that also include Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Miami, Palm Beach, Stuart, Tallahassee and Vero Beach. The law firm has 175 attorneys and 200 support staff. Gunster specializes in complex commercial litigation and construction litigation, according to the Business Journal’s Book of Lists.
Gunster ranked No. 31 on The Business Journal’s 2011 list of Northeast Florida law firms, while Pappas Metcalf Jenks & Miller ranked No. 28.
