Gunster shareholder Brian Seymour, leader of the firm’s Environmental and Land Use practice, spoke recently with a writer from The Palm Beach Post.

Gunster represents Palm Beach State College in its bid to change land-use rules in order to proceed with its plan to build a 75-acre campus in Loxahatchee Groves at Southern Boulevard and B Road.

The town council is scheduled to vote on design and building codes for PBSC on August 21.

PBSC also intends to create turn lanes and install speed bumps to aid traffic in the area, Seymour told The Post.
