Fabienne E. Fahnestock, a shareholder in Gunster’s Fort Lauderdale office, has been named a Top Up & Comer by the South Florida Legal Guide in Appellate Practice and Commercial Litigation. She will be featured in the 2011 edition of the South Florida Legal Guide published in December.
Fahnestock concentrates her areas of practice in Commercial/Complex Litigation, Estate & Trust Litigation, and Appellate Law. She is co-author for the chapter “Pretrial Preparation and Trial Procedures; Direct Examination, Cross Examination, Redirect and Rebuttal,” in Business Litigation in Florida, 6th Edition. She is a member of Gunster’s Diversity Committee and co-chair of the Membership Diversity Commmittee of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Fahnestock is also a member of the Broward County Women Lawyers Association and the Broward County Bar Association. She is a board member for Jack & Jill Children’s Center and the Early Learning Coalition Community Relations Development Committee.
