Sprayberry joins five other attorneys from West Palm Beach on the 2014-15 committee: Patricia Fernandez, Rand Hoch, Jean Middleton, Adam Rabin and Debbie Satyal. In total, there are more than 70 members of the committee from across the state.

Sprayberry practiced law for 15 years before joining Gunster in 2004. He is responsible for managing the hiring of all partners, associates, and law students recruited for the firm’s annual summer associates program. He is also responsible for the firm’s professional development programs, and is the administrative liaison to the firm’s diversity, mentoring, women’s leadership and associate development committees.
He co-authored the disabled attorneys elements of NALP’s Diversity & Inclusion Best Practices Guide (2014) and Lateral Recruiting Best Practices Guide (2007 & 2009). He was elected to serve as NALP’s southeast region law firm representative to the national nominating committee (2007-08), and has served on the NALP leadership development task force and various other work groups.
Sprayberry earned his J.D. from Ohio State University in 1989. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and Ohio.
