McPherson is a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice and focuses on labor and employment litigation and counseling and complex commercial litigation.

McPherson earned his B.A. , cum laude, from Samford University, his M.S. with honors from the University of Florida and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
