Christopher P. Benvenuto, a shareholder in the West Palm Beach office of Gunster, Florida’s Law Firm for Business, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. Benvenuto’s practice areas include business and complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, land use and land use litigation, and property tax disputes.
Benvenuto is the chair of the Palm Beach County region of the University of Florida Friends and Alumni of Real Estate. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Environmental & Land Use Committee.
Benvenuto earned his law, masters, and undergraduate degrees from the University of Florida.
The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches was founded in 1913 by local business leaders as the Board of Trade, an association committed to ensuring the continued growth and prosperity of the County. Over the years, the organization has expanded to keep up with the rapidly growing area, while maintaining our original goal of ensuring growth prosperity for the Palm Beaches.
