Gunster, Florida’s law firm for business, is pleased to announce that shareholder Thomas M. Karr was recently appointed as chair of the Florida Bar Probate and Trust Litigation Committee. Karr focuses his practice on private wealth services and probate, trust and guardianship litigation.
Karr is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and a member of the Fiduciary Litigation Committee and the Asset Protection Committee. He also serves as a member and a Guardian Ad Litem of Lawyers for Children Task Force, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Coral Gables War Memorial Youth Center.
He earned a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Miami and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
