Gunster, Florida’s law firm for business, is pleased to announce that Mark L. Bonfanti recently joined the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice in the Tallahassee office. He specializes in labor relations for private and public employers, including collective bargaining, union organizing campaigns and union avoidance training.
Prior to joining Gunster, Bonfanti worked as labor and employment counsel for C&S Wholesale Grocers, the nation’s largest wholesale grocery supply company. During his tenure with C&S, Bonfanti negotiated union contracts, arbitrated cases and maintained labor relationships for over 16,000 employees in 11 states across the country.
Bonfanti earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and a B.A. in political science from the University of New Hampshire, cum laude.
