West Palm Beach, FL – Gunster, Florida’s law firm for business, is pleased to announce that shareholder Greg Bader has joined the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement South Florida. Junior Achievement provides business, economic and life-skills programs to enhance the education of young people in the community.

Greg Bader is a leader of the banking and financial services practice for Gunster. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial institutions, consumer finance and lending law, corporate finance, capital market transactions, SEC compliance, corporate governance and general corporate counseling. Greg earned his J.D. from Cornell University and his B.A. with honors from the University of California, Irvine. He is also involved with the American Red Cross and the Boys & Girls Club of Broward County.
