The ELULS is dedicated to serving the interests of their over 2,000 members and affiliates through educational programs and publications.

Luna Phillips is Florida Board Certified in State and Federal Government and Administrative practice. She focuses her practice at Gunster on governmental, administrative and environmental law. She earned her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Florida. Luna is member of the Florida Association of Environmental Professionals and is Secretary of the Florida Earth Foundation.
