WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (September 22, 2006)— The Palm Beach Membership of Hospice Foundation of Palm Beach County has named Nicole Atkinson, Brooke Huttig, Missy Savage and Mary Webster to its board of directors.

The Hospice Foundation’s mission is to provide financial support to Hospice of Palm Beach County and its programs. The Palm Beach Membership’s signature event is Hospice Evening, a fashion show presented annually by Saks Fifth Avenue. Over the years, the event has featured many internationally acclaimed designers, including Bob Mackie, Bill Blass, Badgley Mischka, Geoffrey Beene, Vera Wang, Jacqueline de Ribes and Carolina Herrera.

Mrs. Atkinson is an associate with the law firm of Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart in West Palm Beach and a member of the firm’s litigation department.  She concentrates her practice in products liability, complex commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, probate litigation and real property litigation.  Active in the local community, she is a member of the Historical Society of Palm Beach County and co-chairman of the group’s Young Friend’s annual fundraiser, the Evening on Antique Row.  She is also a member of the Palm Beach Community Chest Allocation Committee.

Mrs. Huttig is an acclaimed interior designer and a partner of Palm Beach-based Kemble Interiors for more than 20 years.  In addition to interiors, she designs furniture, outdoor fabrics and silk fabrics. Mrs. Huttig is also very involved with the Garden Club of Palm Beach.

Mrs. Webster has chaired The Family Benefit, an annual fundraising event for the Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach, for the past six years.  She is also involved in the creative development of The Dye Preserve Golf Club in Jupiter, Fla.

Missy Savage is a real estate sales associate with Tina Fanjul Associates in Palm Beach.  She is an active member of many local charities, including The Flagler Museum’s Whitehall Society, The Ann Norton Sculpture Garden and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.
