February 10, 2010 (West Palm Beach, FL.) – Jenny L. Klitch has joined Gunster in its West Palm Beach office. She will lead Gunster’s newly formed Sports Law practice and will advise on representation, marketing, licensing, and publicity rights issues. She will also concentrate on business, employment and financial services litigation and counseling.
Prior to joining Gunster, Klitch was the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations for Octagon Athletes and Personalities, an international sports management and representation firm. She also is a former professional tennis player ranked in the top 50 in the world. She is admitted to the Florida and Ohio bars and received her juris doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from the Ohio State University.
