Joseph P. Chase, an attorney with Gunster, has been named to the Board of Directors of the Friends of the West Palm Beach Public Library. Chase is an associate in Gunster’s Corporate practice.
The mission of the Friends of the West Palm Beach Public Library is to aid and initiate library projects and programs such as Friday Night Jazz, Friday with the Friends Book Club and live satellite broadcast presentations of Live from NY’s 92nd Street Y, which airs renowned educational and cultural programming to community organizations across America. The Friends’ next scheduled event is Friday Night Jazz on November 5 at 5:30 p.m. Doors open at 5:10 p.m. and seating is first come, first served. The next broadcast of Live from NY’s 92nd Street Y is scheduled for November 29 at 7:45 p.m. and will feature celebrated writer, actor and performer Steve Martin.
