The AIFFL is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates interaction between individual investors and local entrepreneurs. It’s mission is to improve the economic quality of life through supporting local entrepreneurs in building strong businesses that create new jobs and stimulate the regional economy.
Lamb concentrates his areas of practice in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, general corporate and commercial law, and creditor’s rights and corporate structuring.
