WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (October 16, 2013) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that Kevin Levy, a business and corporate attorney in its Miami office has been reappointed to the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Executive Committee.
The leadership of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce consists of a group of influential leaders in the community who represent a multitude of small and large businesses. Levy will be responsible for leading the “industry growth” division for the chamber, which includes key business committees in banking & finance, creative industries, education, health care, real estate, technology and bioscience, and transportation and infrastructure. He was first appointed to the Chamber’s Executive Committee in 2012 and has served on its board of directors since 2010.
Levy has extensive experience providing strategic counseling for global corporations, technology enterprises and entrepreneurial ventures. He advises both U.S. and foreign-based clients on venture structuring and finance, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, technology transfers, software licensing, e-commerce enterprises, data security and breaches, product marketing and distribution, outsourcing transactions and service agreements.
