Miami, FL (May 4, 2010)-Sarah Lea Tobocman will presented as a panelist in a legal workshop hosted by the Staffing Management Association of South Florida at DeVry University on May 4. She presented “Recruiting Foreign Workers: How to Remain Competitive and Ensure Compliance in a Climate of Increased Government Scrutiny.”

Tobocman, who is chair of Gunster’s Immigration Practice, discussed considerations for employing a sponsored foreign national in the visa process and best practices in the current climate of increased government security.
