Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that Fort Lauderdale Office Managing Shareholder Jonathan K. Osborne was named to the South Florida Business Journal’s 2024 “40 Under 40” list.
This program honors 40 of the best and brightest young professionals in South Florida who have excelled both in the business world while also giving back to the local community. Honorees will be profiled in the South Florida Business Journal and recognized at an exclusive awards program in July.
Osborne is a business litigation shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Internal Investigations practice group. He began his practice at Gunster and later returned to the firm after serving in the U.S. Department of Justice as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida. He is also the founder of Gunster’s Leadership Training Academy, which has brought leadership and legal training to more than 100 law students across Florida in just three years. In addition, Osborne serves on the teaching faculty in the Harvard Law School Criminal Justice Institute’s trial advocacy workshop.
