Angela Misch is an attorney in the firm’s business litigation and real property practice groups. Angela represents clients in matters involving eminent domain, property rights and land use and zoning. Her practice includes representation of property owners as well as a major Florida utility. In her business litigation practice, Angela represents a diverse array of clients and assists with matters ranging from breach of contract claims to shareholder derivative actions at both the federal and state level. Angela focuses on creating a client-centric approach to all aspects of litigation, and curates a unique and client-specific approach to each individual case in an effort to create effective solutions for clients.  Prior to joining the firm, Angela gained experience as a litigation associate working with both Florida and New York clients at the federal and state level.  

Angela earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising with a minor in Business from Florida State University, where she graduated summa cum laude.

Angela has a passion for education and community service, and served as the Chair of Education for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. Angela also served as the Vice President of Community Service for the John Marshall Bar Association, where she actively organized and participated in a wide variety of community service events, including after-school education programs at local schools.
