Overview

Charly DeVito-Hurley is an associate in Gunster’s Real Property practice group. Charly focuses her practice on real estate transactions. She practices in the firm’s West Palm Beach office.

Charly is a native of South Florida and graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University and cum laude from University of Florida Levin College of Law. Charly worked as a legislative intern at the Florida House of Representatives and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Anuraag Singhal. Interested in shaping the direction of the Journal and assisting fellow students, Charly was a Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy and a teaching assistant for Legal Writing courses. 

When not practicing law, Charly enjoys reading, horseback riding, scuba diving, and traveling.
