Kaitlin Guerin is an associate in the firm’s Real Property practice group. Her practice includes representation of owners and condemning authorities in eminent domain and property rights matters.
Kaitlin received her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law in 2016, where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Kaitlin served on the executive board of the FSU moot court team and actively participated as a member of the FSU Law Review. Kaitlin also served as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Labarga of the Florida Supreme Court and as a research assistant for Dean Donald Weidner of the FSU College of Law.
